This Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency in all vehicle transactions made with MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC, a UAE-registered international vehicle exporting company. By engaging our services, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.


 

1. General Refund Terms

  • All sales are considered final once the vehicle is secured or the bidding process started, payment is initiated, and/or export procedures begin.
  • Refunds will only be processed under strict conditions, such as supplier-side failure, proven misrepresentation, or as explicitly allowed in this policy.
  • The customer agrees to review all vehicle details and invoices thoroughly before confirming payment.

 

2. Reservation Deposits

  • Reservation deposits (used to hold a vehicle) are non-refundable under all normal circumstances.
  • In the event MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC is unable to supply the reserved vehicle due to internal issues or supplier-related failure, the paid deposit will not be refunded but may be transferred toward the purchase of another vehicle of the customer’s choice, exclusively through MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC.

 

3. Partial / Half Payments

  • Half payments made to confirm a vehicle or finalize a deal are strictly non-refundable, especially when the vehicle bidding has been started with an auction house or secured on behalf of the client or documentation has started.
  • Special offer deals, discounted prices, or promotional agreements are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the customer cancels the order or provides incorrect information regarding the desired vehicle (e.g., wrong model, trim, or specifications), MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC will not issue any refund for payments already made, including deposits or partial payments.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to double-check vehicle details and confirm all aspects of the deal before payment.

 

4. Special Deals and Offers

  • All promotional or discounted deals are strictly non-refundable.
  • These may include time-sensitive offers, clearance stock, or specially requested units. Once the customer accepts the deal and payment is made, no claims for refund or compensation will be accepted.

 

5. Errors in Vehicle Selection (Buyer’s Responsibility)

  • MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC provides detailed photos, inspection reports (where applicable), and exact specifications.
  • If the customer chooses a vehicle and later claims dissatisfaction due to wrong specifications, trim, engine type, or condition — no refund will be issued.
  • The customer bears full responsibility for verifying the suitability and legality of the chosen vehicle in their destination country.

 

6. Incorrect or Misrepresented Units (Seller’s Responsibility)

  • If the delivered vehicle differs materially from the specifications agreed in the invoice (e.g., wrong year, model, or major undisclosed damage), the customer must notify us in writing within 3 business days of receiving the vehicle or inspection report.
  • Upon investigation and verification, MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC may offer:
    • A full or partial refund.
    • A vehicle replacement.
    • A negotiated solution acceptable to both parties.
  • Cosmetic differences or used vehicle wear-and-tear are not valid grounds for refunds.

 

7. Shipping Delays & Third-Party Logistics

  • MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC works with trusted shipping partners but holds no liability for delays, damages, or losses once the vehicle is handed over to shipping agents or port authorities.
  • No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by:
    • Port congestion.
    • Customs clearance.
    • Strikes or natural disasters.
    • Any third-party shipping service failure.

 

8. Customs Rejection or Import Bans

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check import laws, emissions standards, and customs eligibility in their country.
  • MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC will not refund or compensate if:
    • The vehicle is rejected at the destination due to local regulations.
    • The vehicle cannot be registered or cleared due to destination country restrictions.

 

9. Documentation Errors

  • MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC will provide all required export documentation (e.g., export certificate, invoice, Bill of Lading).
  • If any error is caused by our team and it leads to financial loss or inability to clear the vehicle, we may offer a partial refund or corrective action.
  • However, if documentation issues arise due to incorrect buyer information, no refund will be provided.

 

10. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Where refunds are approved:
    • Processing will occur within 40–45 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
    • All transaction fees (e.g., bank charges, exchange rate losses) are borne by the customer.

 

11. UAE Law Compliance & Jurisdiction

  • This Refund Policy is governed by the Federal Law No. (15) of 2020 on Consumer Protection and the commercial trade laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • In the event of disputes, MBS Vehicle Exporter LLC will attempt resolution amicably. If legal action is required, the matter will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts or relevant UAE Free Zone authority where the company is registered.
